The Process
In order to ready a property for sale, Deirdre starts the process with a home consultation during which she will assess, make recommendations and begin the process of transforming the home into a market-ready property. At the end of this visit, the home seller will be prepared with a room-by-room action plan and checklist of priorities. The home seller will then decide whether they will implement these recommendations themselves or have Merrow Staging & Design handle the process for them, or a combination of both. Sellers typically entrust Deirdre to style the entire property, a service which includes sourcing furnishings and materials, color and finish consultation and referrals to trusted partner vendors and consultants.
